Series of homemade user reviews/personal advertisements of products available in the local Polish store in my neighborhood in Rotterdam. I am really fascinated with these shops as they are the most direct expression of national identity and attachment. I visit them with a strong feeling of ambivalence. There is a high level of absurdity in importing Polish milk to the country which is leading in dairy production, and yet, the Polish community in the Netherlands finds it important to drink this specific polish brand of milk while their whole life moved and is based elsewhere.
